AUTOCLAVES FOR RUBBER VULCANIZATION
PANINI autoclaves are specifically suitable for processing rubber and its derivatives in different operating solutions depending on the customer’s technical specifications for diversified process cycles suitable for the materials to be treated, their critical issues and in consideration of the different types of rubber compounds in use. The operating cycles that PANINI proposes can, when specifically requested, include cooling systems obtained with well water or open circuit evaporative towers or cooling chillers.
The autoclaves are made according to the most high-performance technologies to guarantee greater durability and to maximize energy savings and operating times.
Detailed and dedicated project estimates are envisaged in order to guarantee maximum durability of the autoclave by providing adequate thicknesses of the autoclave shell that take corrosion into account when the use of direct steam is envisaged. In order to completely exclude corrosion, stainless steel autoclave bodies can be provided.
Particular attention is paid to maximum operating safety with greater ease of use.
