The PANINI autoclaves are specifically suitable for the lamination of laminated, flat, curved and special tempered/hardened glass and also for the windshield glass of cars/buses/trucks/trains/airplanes etc. The process parameters are considered suitable for the polymerization treatment of the PVB (Poly Vinyl Butyl) plastic film and the SGP (Sentry Glass Plus in the case of hurricane glass lamination processes). The autoclave process allows the absolute sealing of the coupled glass sheets and their perfect transparency, guaranteeing the lack of traces of air and opacity inside the coupled sheets which can have different thicknesses; NB: one of the peculiarities of the autoclave process is that different thicknesses of glass sheets can be loaded in the same operating cycle together with curved glass shapes and special shapes previously placed inside vacuum pockets.
